Our lawyers have particular gaming expertise in Pennsylvania and have been active on behalf of clients since prior to the enactment of Pennsylvania’s Gaming Law in 2004 and were instrumental in the drafting and achieving passage of that landmark legislation. The firm’s lawyers were involved in the expansion of gaming in Pennsylvania to include table games. At the present time, Eckert Seamans’ lawyers serve as a regulatory counsel to three of the nine licensed casinos in Pennsylvania.
