Eckert Seamans
Richmond, VA

Eckert Seamans’ Richmond, Virginia office offers a broad range of litigation services, as well as access to the firm’s ten other highly integrated offices, staffing and technology.

A state and regional center for legal work, Richmond is home to the Supreme Court of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The Virginia General Assembly meets here, and most state administrative agencies are located in Richmond. The 5th District of the Federal Reserve Bank, which serves four states and the District of Columbia, also calls Richmond home.

Zealous and efficient advocacy, no matter the size of the case, is the hallmark of the firm’s litigation practice. Our Richmond office attorneys appear regularly in state and federal court, before administrative agencies and at arbitration proceedings. Attorneys handle complex cases involving, among other areas, telecommunications litigation, trade secret litigation, class action defense, antitrust investigations and litigation, commercial leasing disputes, utility easement and pole attachment disputes, trusts and estates litigation and regulatory proceedings.
