Christian B.W. Stephens has joined the Boston office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Division. He previously practiced at Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman LLP in Boston.
Stephens focuses his civil litigation practice on a variety of commercial and business disputes, as well as complex tort, product liability and professional liability matters. His diverse client base spans a number of industries, and includes corporate officers, condominium trustees, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, food distributors, commercial vessel owners and operators, accounting firms, insurance brokers, financial planners and a variety of health care providers. In addition to civil litigation at the state and federal levels, Stephens counsels clients with respect to government investigations, professional disciplinary actions, risk-minimization strategies and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Stephens earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his undergraduate degree (BSBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
