Corporate Lawyer Wasim Rahman Joins Eckert Seamans in Philadelphia

Wasim S. Rahman has joined the Philadelphia, PA office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Business Counseling Division. He joins the firm from White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia.

Rahman focuses his practice in the area of business law, representing public and privately held corporations on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, commercial lending, financing and general corporate governance. He also advises clients in unfair competition and breach of contract claims, and has experience advising government contractors facing suspension and debarment.

Rahman earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, a master of theological studies (MTS) from Harvard University, and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.
