Attorney Kyle Meyer Joins Eckert Seamans’ Litigation Division in Harrisburg

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Litigation Division Associate Kyle J. Meyer to the Harrisburg office.

Kyle Meyer concentrates his practice on general litigation matters. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, he served as a judicial clerk to both The Honorable P. Kevin Brobson and The Honorable Keith B. Quigley of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Meyer’s responsibilities included drafting opinions, orders and bench memoranda for matters involving jurisdiction, administrative and civil procedure, public utilities, land use and zoning, real estate and income taxation, and Right to Know issues, among many others. He also served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Mary Hannah Leavitt of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Meyer earned his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.
