Labor and Employment Lawyer Kyle Epting Joins Eckert Seamans’ Washington, D.C. Office

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Kyle L. Epting to the Labor & Employment Group in Washington, D.C.

Kyle Epting focuses his practice in the area of litigation, with a particular emphasis on labor and employment disputes. His employment practice centers on the defense of employers from employee claims under various laws including, but not limited to, Title VII, Section 1981, Section 1983, the ADA, the ADEA, the FSLA, FMLA, the False Claims Act, and state law. In addition to employment related litigation, Epting’s background in employment law includes the drafting of employee handbooks, employment contracts and detailed guides for clients on compliance with federal and state employment law. He also has experience in general commercial litigation, start-up and venture business law, small business law, taxation, wills, trusts and estate planning. During his course of legal studies, Epting served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Rossie Alston of the Virginia Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
