Erin Kawa Joins Eckert Seamans’ Harrisburg Office

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Litigation Division Associate Erin R. Kawa to the Harrisburg office.

Erin Kawa concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and product liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as counsel to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, assisting in the formation, negotiation and oversight of contracts, licenses and commercial leases, as well as representing and advising the Board on a wide array of matters. Kawa served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John E. Jones, III, of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University and her undergraduate degree from Lock Haven University.
