32 Eckert Seamans Attorneys Named Among The Best Lawyers in America®

The national law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott, LLC announced that 32 attorneys were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 (Copyright 2010 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).

In Pittsburgh, 15 attorneys were named Best Lawyers, including: Scott D. Cessar, Construction Law; Richard K. Dandrea, Mass Tort and Product Liability Litigation; Kathryn A. English, Employee Benefits Law; John E. Hall, Commercial and Product Liability Litigation; John R. McGinley, Jr., Bet-the Company and Commercial Litigation; John F. Meck, Tax Law and Trusts and Estates; John J. Myers, Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Law; Christopher R. Opalinski, Commercial Litigation and Construction Law; Peter N. Pross, Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law; David V. Radack, Intellectual Property Law; Dean F. Richardson, Public Finance Law; James H. Roberts, Land Use and Zoning Law; Timothy P. In Philadelphia, seven attorneys were recognized: Albert G. Bixler, Commercial Litigation; Neil G. Epstein, Commercial Litigation; Stephen M. Foxman, Corporate and Securities Law; Peter J. Hoffman, Personal Injury Litigation and Professional Malpractice Law; Roberta Jacobs-Meadway, Intellectual Property Law; Jay K. Meadway, Intellectual Property Law; and Gary M. Schildhorn, Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law.

In Richmond, four attorneys were recognized, including: David W. Clarke, Administrative, Energy and Government Relations Law; Matthew B. Kirsner, Commercial Litigation; Thomas A. Lisk, Administrative, Gaming and Government Relations Law and Douglas M. Palais, Insurance and Securities Law.

In Harrisburg, four attorneys were recognized: Daniel Clearfield, Energy Law; Heidi B. Hamman Shakely, Insurance Law; Robert B. Hoffman, Health Care Law; and Alan C. Kohler, Communications and Gaming Law.

In Boston, Stephen R. Delinsky was recognized for his work in Commercial Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense.

And finally, in White Plains, Lawrence R, Bailey, Jr. was recognized for his work in Railroad Law.
