Marcia earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.

Peggy Heminger, a Member in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, has a general corporate law and transactions practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, securities law compliance and other transaction-related matters. Peggy earned her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School and her undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
